A question regarding airflow

Hi everyone, currently I have my rig in a cheap not-internal painted OEM case and my motherboard has 2 fan headers: 1 for the chassis ( exhaust ) and one for the CPU fan.

 

I did order a Obsidian 350D as my new case and in two days I'll be rebuilding my rig in there.

My Y 3pin fan splitter will be coming a few days later so I can only have one fan powered temporarily.

My current case does NOT have any intake fans in the front or bottom and no top exhaust so.

I think it wouldn't be a problem to keep the intake fan powered off for the few days untill my fan header splitter comes, right?

So I'll have the exhaust 120MM fan and the CPU fan only for a few days. Is that fine?

My CPU ran for 85-90 degrees for years, I'm waiting for my rig to catch fire :') so I can go Z97 4690K lol.
