$1200 AUD build need help

hey guys so one of my friends has asked me to build a pc for him and i just don't have the time for planing atm and need your help.

2. Aim
60 fps 1080p gaming machine

3. Monitors
1 and its already bought 

4. Peripherals
already owned

5. Why are you upgrading?

 because he's sick of mac

What about this, you wont be able to overclock but for a budget system like this I PERSONALLY don't see the point in spending the extra money where it could be put to better use e.g. graphics, storage etc. oh and I also went for a red colour scheme

oh ok. #UMARTMASTERRACE I buy my stuff from there aswell but they dont have wishlists so I use PC CASE GEAR fro everything else
