mining.bitcoin.cz suggested difficulty?

mining.bitcoin.cz is my chosen pool but on worker settings in My Account what is Suggested Difficulty and what should I set it at to get the most from my 7850?

I would stick with 1. I am doing some mining, and unless your running an ASIC anything over 1 isnt necessary.
