Typing from an phone.
So me and my friend builded my pc. Windows got installed . Then we installed drivers (almost all except headset drivers).but then the pc would say "reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key".
But everytime i restart i come to the windows error. Select either start repair setup or start windows normally. And when i press repair it gets black for 2 seconds and then the same window pops back. "Windows error"
I cant boot and i have tried restoring. Changing boot priority.
Right now boot priority is
Hdd:windows boot manager
Cd/dvd
Usb hdd
9th ssd where the actual os is

Okay.. lets see... does the Boot #1 priority in the BIOS on the SSD? #2 is supposed to be on the WDC ...... harddrive... and..... if it's not there... then the DVD Player... right?

I'm the one he built the PC with. I am 100% sure that the boot priorities are in the correct order(it was at least when I left), every cable is correctly connected, yet the problem is still present. I also tried to reset cmos but nothing happened.
