There are a lot coolers that support high profile RAM.

One of my favorites is the Noctua NH-U12s.

Cryorig R1 Universal is the beefiest non-liquid cooler you can get that supports tall RAM

Link to the cooler: http://www.cryorig.com/r1-universal.php

I have mine in my rig with Dominator Platinums and get no compatibility issues.

EDIT:

If you live in Europe, you can get it from Alternate:

https://www.alternate.co.uk/Cryorig/R1-Universal/html/product/1120922?

They do shipping to most if not all of Europe, but definitely the UK.

If you live elsewhere, I have no idea.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X - CPU Cooler: Deepcool Castle 240EX - Motherboard: MSI B450 GAMING PRO CARBON AC

RAM: 2 x 8GB Corsair Vengeance Pro RBG 3200MHz - GPU: MSI RTX 3080 GAMING X TRIO

Can i put too the R1 Ultimate whit Dominator Platinum Ram?

I hope they deliver to Switzerland since most shops here don't even have any NZXT or some of them don't even have Noctua.

-_-

(to be honest some of them don't even have Gigabyte or any pc brand)

alternate.de have an option to ship to Switzerland, so I assume alternate.fr has one as well (depending on what language you speak, there isn't an alternate.ch)

EDIT:

And to answer your other question, the R1 Ultimate's front fan will obstruct the RAM slots. Only the Universal will not interfere with Dom Plats. There's only a 1-2C difference at full load between the two anyway.

The Alpenfohn Brocken 2 doesn't cover any Ram slots. You should be able to buy one in Switzerland. Failing that you could buy from Germany.

Caseking stock them - http://www.caseking.de/shop/catalog/CPU-Coolers/Socket-115X-Intel/Alpenfoehn/Alpenfoehn-Brocken-2-CPU-Kuehler-140-mm::22220.html

Any single tower CPU cooler will do if you can put the fan in pull instead of push.

I cannot be held responsible for any bad advice given.

I've no idea why the world is afraid of 3D-printed guns when clearly 3D-printed crossbows would be more practical for now.

My rig: The StealthRay. Plans for a newer, better version of its mufflers are already being made.

My vote is for the Noctus NH-D15. I have tested it with high profile HyperX RAM and it fits perfectly. Actually replaced my Corsair H90 (I can't stand pump-buzzing).

Okay, i still haven't found a cpu cooler for my build, it looks like alternate is not shipping to switzerland, and any other AIO cooler will go over my budget.
