First Build - Planning

Motherboard  - SABERTOOTH Z97 MARK 1

     Processor - i7 4790k

         Memory - Corsair Dominator series 8x2gb 1833

       Graphics - GeForce GTX 780ti

              HDD - 2TB 

              SSD - 250~ 

             Case - NZXT H440 

Power Supply - Ax860i
             Fans - Anything silent and reliable

So after a lil' research, this is the build that i came with. I want it to last at least 3~4 years. This will be my first build, so any tips are very appreciated.

What is the use of this build? Just gaming?

gaming and a bit of video editing, but nothing serious. and for the fans, i was thinking of going with the 140 corsair quiet ones.
