Like David Cassar said it is the equivalent of about a 650ti and you could overclock it it depends on the cooling of the laptop. Try using core temp or speed fan to monitor temps or you can use either MSI Afterburner or HWiNFO64 (don't remember which) to monitor temp in game. If you aren't running too hot then you can overclock. If too hot (above 80 celsius) then dont over clock

To find the equivalent search for your laptop card on notebookcheck (just google it, usually it's the first result) and look at the number CUDA cores.  Then go on Newegg and browse through the cards until you find the matching number of cores which will be the card it's based on.  Usually it will be an underclocked version of that.  The GT 650M has 384 CUDA cores for example, which makes it an underclocked GT 640 with GDDR5.

All laptop dedicated GPUs are under volted so the 675m will perform good but not like a 660. I asked linus once on the live stream and he said the laptop GPUs may carry the same name like a desktop's GPU but it is not the same and the desktop's GPU will beat the laptop's GPU in performance. That is to say a laptop 670m can not out perform a desktop 670 but that being said the 670m isn't a slouch and will out perform HD4000 any day.

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.

Equivalent to Nvidia GTX 650 or AMD HD7770. Yes, but always check the GPU temperature.
