What game is this?

So I saw a trailer a few months back, idk if the game is out or not nor do I know the name or what its about:

From what I remember the game seemed like it was either post-apocolyptic or that society was in a form of anarchy or the point of view was homeless people. I dont recal a lot of action in the trailer. The graphics were pretty beautiful, and the MC was a kid I think. I remember in the demo they (the MC and a few homeless people) had to get food and supplies from a store so they had to break in or something like that and the kid had some kind of power maybe? I think a women was pregnant and thats why they needed to get supplies (I think she actually gives birth near the end of the trailer). The last thing I remember from the gameplay trailer was the building they were inside caught fire and you had to jump from like the second story to the ground or something like that.

Its killing me that I cant remember this game, please help someone

Beyond 2 Souls takes place during a modern day. Everything normal except for a person with supernatural powers. So, like Superman, The Flash, or the inFAMOUS games where everything's regular except for a superhuman person(s). Dying Light could be a possibility too since OP mentioned jumping from a building to another or the ground and Dying Light focuses on survival, parkour, and zombies.

No, I'm pretty sure it's Beyond: 2 Souls. I watced Jesse Cox's playthrough of that game (since I'm a PC only guy ) and everything he described is in the game, pregnant woman that they need to get supplies for, breaking into a store to get food down to the house being set on fire. It's at a time when the MC becomes a homeless person, it's in winter, it's easy to mistake it to post-apocaliptia because they are so miserable and hungry.
