Here is a nice little program that i found a while ago and i use it everyday.

http://puush.me/

You can use custom key binds to do region select and it then will upload right away and give you a link to where the image is.

You can also use this to upload rar or anything else (i think).

Its free and you have 200MB of space which is more than enough that i have found.

Check out Shotty. It can take a screen shot of a window, with the transparency of windows borders (Of course, Win8 doesn't have transparency on Windows anymore... so you won't have anything) and shadow effect.
I don't have Windows 7 anymore, but here is a old screen shot I took with the program.

I use puush as well for sharing quick game screenshots. The best part about it compared to other screenshotting tools is that it automatically copies the url of the image link onto your clipboard after the quick keybind, so you don't have to click "copy link"

It also provides an option to screenshot in lossless PNG, which is especially helpful in preserving the original image.

Oh, it also doesn't have an upload cap either, so you can upload text files, short videos, music, clipboard etc. :D
