My CPU is running at 100% constantly

Hey guys yesterday I came back to my computer and I saw that my CPU is running at 100%

it must be something running in the background, open task manager and see what is using your CPU.

My PC

[ I5 4690k (no oc) - Gigabyte Z97 D3H - 8GB Ram - Sapphire R9 280X Vapor-X ]

aah yes, that bug.. really annoying.. dont remember how i fixed it twice :/

check for unauthorized malware (miners) in your task manager. it'll show what app is consuming your resources.

First try to open up task manager and see if you can close anything in Processes that you know don't belong there. Then I would download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Spybot 2. Let both of those programs run a complete search (one at a time, not simultaneously). I'm sure they are going to find something.

Thanks guys i did what you said and it worked my CPU is back to normal now
