Looking for some advice

So i'm going to do my first build soon, i've upgraded PCs before so have a pretty good idea of what to do and how. 

 

Basically i'm thinking of whether to do it now or if to wait until DDR4, the next wave of intel and nvidia etc come out. So do you guys think there will be a massive dip in price on older components when the DDR4 and new CPU and GPUs come out or not? As i'm unsure of whether to build now or wait as i'm on a limited budget and want the best 'bang for my buck'.

If you can wait, then wait. you can expand your budget and parts get cheaper.

Look, if you wait, it'll be worth it, but the Big question is how much are you gonna wait ? i my self am not a big fan of waiting, if it's only a mater of 2Weeks, a month, maybe, any longer than that, no way, just like every one who have been waiting for GTX 800 Series since last year, Plus, Current Hardware specially if you get some tough Powerful components will be plenty, so, i don't recommend waiting, but it's up to you, do some googling, see when the new stuff is coming out and see if you can hang on till than .
