It will, those new sticks are 1600 unless you manage to OC them to keep up with the other ones that run at 2400 MHz

so is it better to just not get more ram? will having 32bg be better or worst than 2400? sorry, i know what the actual gb ram does (i assume i do anyhow) but i am a bit stupid when it comes to how the MHz effects the PC.

You'd buy another 2 of those ones you said you one http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Vengeance-2400MHz-Desktop-CMY16GX3M2A2400C11R/dp/B00EUPV2RQ/ref=sr_1_5?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1405808370&sr=1-5&keywords=ram

As far I can see they're only 5 $ more (considering free shipping)

sorry it was a mistype, i already had the 1600, im about to get the 2400

That CPU has a good memory controller

well, i ordered 4 sticks of that 1600 through amazon, but it came through a third party. they sent a set of 1600, but, the other set of 1600 ram was lost so i can either wait 5 days for a refund or order another product sold through amazon (not a third party) and those 2400 seemed like a great deal. sooo ... that is why i am bugging you good people. you think i should go with the 2400? i got to order it in a few minutes lol.

Since the RAM voltages are different, you're gonna have to hope your board will auto-detect this, and solve the issue itself. If it does not, you'll need to undervolt the corsair to 1.5V, or overvolt the G. Skill to 1.65V. The CAS latencies should just swap to the slowest latencies by default, but mixing latencies can occasionally cause issues. As for the speeds, the 2400MHz RAM is gonna run at the slower 1600MHz speed of the G. Skill.
