WRONG SUBFORUM!!!!!

Je vais appeler un modérateur.

Anyway did you mount it correctly? It could be overheating and cutting power to protect itself, did you apply TIM, put the proper pressure, and such? And what are your specs?

Yup I Atleast think I did all of those correctly

                                              At least

                                   At least

                        At least

               At least

Describe EVERY STEP you took (and I mean every step) and list your system specs.

First I took off my old cooler.

Next I took out the ram because it was hard to mount the cooler with the ram in the way

I cleaned off the old thermal paste and applied the hardware for the dark rock pro 3.

Next I applied the new thermal paste. I put a grain of rice because I am using LGA 2011

I set the cooler on top with even pressure.

I put the screws in a cross pattern not applying too much pressure at the same time

I then made all the screws tight .

Installed the ram sticks and plugged in the CPU fan.

Turned it on and it kept rebooting. Don't know why

Specs are

I7 3930k

MSI x79a gd45 plus

Kingston 16gb ram

Ocz agility 60 GB ssd

WD black 2tb

MSI 780tf 3gb card

Rosewell 700 watt power supply
