Wifi Keeps Dropping?

Hello, I'm currently using a phone's hotspot to connect to as my wifi and it's been great all day, the problem I'm having is when my sister connects to the wifi, I keep dropping. I'll be able to connect back on for about 2-4 minutes with no more problems, and then poof, I'm off it again. She doesn't have any problems when I'm re-connecting to the wifi so I'm really wondering what the problem is. Any help would be awesome. Thanks :)

might be a good idea to get a dedicated router that can use cellular network for internet
