I don't know if that thing exists, it is maybe an other name for the basic 80 plus.

I knew of 80 Plus, but never knew it's called White. I just saw that naming with some new Corsair psu. Anyway thanks!

It's called white because the marking is white, while the others have the marking in the color of the metal they represent:
