Just 80+. The sign may be white but that has no meaning to it. It should probably symbolise purity when they were introduced.

I don't know if that thing exists, it is maybe an other name for the basic 80 plus.

There are tons of 80+ PSUs, 80+ was the first standard and is still used, once they could achieve better efficiency they added bronze gold, etc.

I knew of 80 Plus, but never knew it's called White. I just saw that naming with some new Corsair psu. Anyway thanks!

It's called white because the marking is white, while the others have the marking in the color of the metal they represent:

Nobody I've heard calls it 80Plus White. 80Plus Standard or simply 80Plus is more common.

now I know there can never be 100 percent efficiency. however what would a  80+ rating be called when the psu is at 99% on all loads?

The highest 80Plus rating is 80Plus Titanium. They haven't named any 80Plus standards above that.
