It helps with temperatures in some setups, and sometimes it can make the build look neater. Look at the RV03.

i use a air-dryer and a razor blade

 very easy

Is that the NZXT Sentry 2 fan controller?

I heard they're really crap and that they create a hissing sound in the fans.

 

I was considering getting that controller a few years ago but then I read about that problem.

Yes they are the sentry 2 whit a black window tint on the touch screen.

 i only use it to control the LED and the front fan, u have the option to turn off the sound. ;)

 Lepa chopper fan look good but they are a piece of crap, i had to instal another fan behind it just to get it to spin. U can see it in picture 30.

You should try making custom blanking plate with window for the controller, and paint it black-matte. Simple, classy look. Just like people do for their TJ-07s.

Nice job with the CF and the little white touches (sleeving, graphics card PCB, etc.) and I like the way you mounted the SSD :).
