actually it can be but you cant possibly master all those crafts. still technicly you can do everything but it thanks a long ass time and the will not be as good since you cant be perfect in all those fields. but in general you are right in the real world and in big companies especialy the have departments for that kinda stuff.

how about you describe the volume of the work you want to get done before asking people to skype you. i get you dont want to talk in front of everyone about cool new idea but still you could give a short summery of the workload and what sorts of skills are needed. also i wouldnt mind a after work project if you want me to help as i originally studied softwaredevelopment with a focus on gamedevelopment. but im not commiting until i hear about it and agree with the idea
