Problem when downloading games

Hey Guys!

I'm having an issue with my computer, whenever i download stuff from the internet my whole computer feel slower and when i move the mouse around it even get some small hiccups all the time and i can't play offline games that are on another drive while downloading cause it is too slow and that too get small hiccups all the time...it's not normal i have an i7 it's a powerful PC as you can see in my sig i have high speed internet the download speed is usually around 1.3mb per second and i'm connected through wire on a trendnet router wich is plugged directly into the internet modem...anyone have experienced this issue or have any idea of what can be causing this my motherboard is the MSI Z87-G45 gaming and i'm downloading stuff on SSD #1 and trying to play an offline game from ssd #2...it's wierd!

What does the Taskmanager say about CPU / RAM usage? Are there any programs hogging the CPU while you download?

 

Do you have an antivirus program running in the background? If yes, then try to disable it for a while to see if the scan is slowing your system.

Maybe your antivirus doesn't like it, i have this issue too but it's because my hdd can't catch up, but you are using ssd's. Try hdtune pro (just use the trial) and use the disk monitor function on the ssd's, maybe something is wrecking them.

Also scan with malwarebytes, maybe some crap will show up.
