I know you said 40-50 but if you stretch out to around $65.00  you can get an NZXT H230 mid tower case. I have one (Although I am upgrading to an Phantek Enthoo Pro case),  It is very good for the money. Fits an H80i liquid cooling single radiator in push pull config, my GTX 760 fits perfectly in the case with extra space (*probably* could go up to a 770 or 780), it's a great case for the price. :D

sry was rushe before a dentist appointment.  I have an atx mobo, and a hyper 212 evo.  Many drive slots are not needed nor are 5.25 inch bays, no more than a midtower is required but I would like a smallish form factor midtower or cube even.  Just whatever you think is best under 50 dollars that fits those specs!

oh and i dont like flashy systems.  keep it clean keep it simple, but functional...

Yeah those flashy cases, but well you didn't marked any preferences to begin with.   -_-

So I will say the 210 from Nxzt or get a little more budget like Grayson write above and get the H230.

And don't forget to look out for the Silverstone Ps08 on white (no psu) if looking for a m-atx build case.

ended up going for the H230 but got it in black.  White was a bit more expensive and this build was for my brother who said he didn't mind
