Another Problem with laptop :(

I have another Laptop which is asus k56cb , recently its VGA dosen't seem to be working right, it seem like it isn't running properly, even when it active max coreclock it only shown about 405mhz, this problem cause my 740M running lower performance than Intel HD4000.

Solution tried :

Reinstall Window

Download and update lastest Driver

Check in Bios whether any option that limit my VGA

P/S mt Lap doesn't seem very hot it only about 50-60 deegrees

Help me to find the solution or at least the cause

Try using it while plugged into the wall

make sure the pins aren't bent or broken in, you should probably take it to the repair guys , maybe the graphics chip itself is damaged.
