First off, I have a Asus Z97 ROG Ranger board on the 0707 Bios. There is currently 3 bios updates since that Bios. Does the latest Bios update have all the features of the Updates before it ?

I'm wanting to update it because no matter what voltage etc im only able to hit 4.3Ghz without it Blue screening

I ran Cinebench before the Burn in test, they weren't running at the same time.

yes the newer BIOS will carry over updates from the last BIOS update

look in my sig for the steps to do the BIOS update

rename the BIOS file as M7H.CAP

dump into thumb drive that is formated to FAT32

plug into USB port

press reflash button

done!

Cheers, is it safer to press the bios reflash button or going into the bios to do it that way ? I'd feel more comfortable doing it via the Bios/Uefi
