hey so every since i updated to 14.7 beta driver for my AMD R9 270, i have experienced performance bugs, now without a restart 3 times in a row my gpu will stay at core clock of 300MHZ and 150MHz for the memory clock (this is generally the setting for the card at idle) so when i launch up BF4 or Dota 2 my fps will range from 1-5 15-27 or 0-3 it wont matter what the settings are or resolution nothing fixes it. but after going to back to 14.4 and using the amd cleanup utility i was abe to get it working temporarily and now the only way to fix it is to restart 3 times in a row. i havent changed any other software or hardware settings and everything is still the same before this glitch occured. i have overclocked the card but only to the settings Slick said to use which is basically max out all the settings. the GPU stays around 15-20 degrees celcius and underload which now only occurs when i run msi kombuster it sits at 50-60 degrees celcius. so i need your help i have also contacted amd but who knows how long it will take for them to reply.

try this

http://www.guru3d.com/files_details/display_driver_uninstaller_download.html

do a clean uninstall of the drivers

then re-install the 14.4 drivers

revert back to stocks clocks using MSI Afterburner

and use GPU-Z ID to check load and temps

use Unigine Benchmarks or FIreStrike

last resort is to re install the OS to clear out any troubles relating to software

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
