Custom PSU Cables (Sizing/Insulation)

I will be making my own PSU cables for build, all cables (24 pin, 8 pin, 4 pin .etc). The information i have found and I would like to verify is the sizing. What i do not know is what insuator I should use and this UL# on the cable. From what I havefounf the main PSU cables should be 18AWG/Gauge (Please verify). I also would like to know if this is the correct wire I should be using:

What size sleeving should I use with 18AWG cable and what size heatshrink on should be used on the sleeving?

Yes, that 18AWG wire will work just fine, also, if going with plastic sleeving 4mm or 3mm is the best to use, if paracord is your choice then it only comes in ones size 5/32' approximate diameter.
