Starting to get a desktop.

So I just wanted some help here. I'm trying to get a desktop (My first one) and I really need help about buying one. I saw and learned on how to build a desktop pc but I don't wanna risk it since it is my first time getting one. So I checked some built desktops for a reasonable price since it's my first one and wanted some help which one is better or should I buy it. Starting off I want my desktop to run games 30-60 fps at high settings with maybe a little bit of very high. These are the desktops which is in my budget right now.
PC 1:

Intel Core i7-3770K @ 3.50GHz 4 Cores
16GB RAM DDR3 1333MHz
2TB SATA Hard Disk Drive
1GB nVidia GeForce GTX560 DDR5 PCI-E
Blu-Ray Optical Drive
Media Card Reader
Z77 Motherboard Chipset (MSI Z77A-GD55)
802.11b/g/n WiFi Card
Coolmaster Storm Enforcer Gamer Chasis with 700w Modular PSU
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64 BIT Editiion

 

PC 2:

Motherboard: Asus p8z68

CPU: I5 2500K (overclocked to 4.5GHZ)
CPU Cooler: cooler master v6
Ram: 16GB DDR3
GPU (Graphic cards): Nvidia SLI 560TI *Two graphic cards
Power supply: Corsair tx850 (850 watt)
Harddisks: SSD 256GB (Main) + 320GB HDD + 200GB HDD
Case fans: Green led + Fan controller with screen
Keyboard: Logitech G510 (with screen)
Creative 2.1 speakers

24 inch led full Hd monitor (lg w2486l) 

 

Please tell me if these desktops can run 30-60 fps at high or very high settings and if I should buy it or not.
Additional info: These are used desktops and people sell it because they travel a lot, It is my first desktop that I am gonna buy (I am gaming and have been using laptops for about 4 years and really wanted the advantage of a desktop)

PS:I am newbie at desktops, I just wanna game and have fun.

Without prices it is not really possible to comment on the systems beside saying that they are older technology and likely not capable of doing what you want.

 

Many merchants offer an inexpensive service to assemble systems from parts bought through them. Some even offer a 1 year warranty on the system. If you provide a location and budget someone may be able to provide guidance.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Thanks guys, I know a place where I can get parts and stuff for the pc I want (Haven't check it out though) I really just wanna ask if these are good to save the time and effort.

I don't know when to go there because of the time. I'll surely post about it and ask for your help again sooner or later.

For the GPU go with something like a Radeon R9 280x or 290/290x, or a gtx 760 or better.
