sysprep Fatal Error

I'm putting the HDD from my current pc(Which was built by me, not pre-assembled) into the new system I am building. I tried to run Sysprep but the common "Fatal Error" occurred.

There is a fix that requires you to configure SkipRearm to 1 in the unattend.xml file, however, this file isn't there. (I do have show hidden files/folders checked).

This is the first time I've ran sysprep. Has anyone come across this same problem?.. or know how to fix it?

 

Remaining Windows Activation count is 3.
