So with a air 540 case it has 3 140mm sp fans with it. two on the front and one on the back, if i add a h105 with two more fans with all four of those fans and radatior on the top, how would i go about facing the fans a certain way and how should i go with the raiator with a push pull or what?

Front intake, top exhaust in pull on the rad and rear exhaust.

Then what is linus talking about when he says having a positive air flow is better then nutral or more exost then input

It is better. But you won't notice it. 1 fan doesn't make that much difference. Its more about when difference is 2 or more fans. In terms of temps, difference is literally 1-2C. In terms of dust, well it depends on so many things.

So having three intake and three out take is fine?

CFM totals are what matter when going for positive or negative airflow. Three intakes and three exhausts with fans of the same CFM would mean neutral airflow which is fine. If you really want positive airflow, you could get exhaust fans with slightly lower CFM, another option would be to run the exhaust fans a bit slower than the intakes or to skip the exhaust fan like you said.

Yeah. You can easily try what effect different configs have by just disconnecting fan cables.
