Okay so few days ago I realised my memory usage suddenly spiked after 3-4 hours of using my computer.
I have total of 8GB RAM and its being used up to 7.1GB or more.  I checked through task manager and used RamMap to find any anomalies in my system but found none.

When I re-boot my PC the memory seems fine looks like normal starts up at 1.9GB but after a few hours of just watching movies on WMP surfing the Net, I realised the spike.

I have not installed anything new or uninstalled anything this just happened recently, I know my PC like the back of my head therefore this happened recently.
I usually have chrome open with 2 tabs minimum with adblock, last pass and xmarks extensions running.
Background programs like rainmeter, origin, HTC sync manager, Razer synapse and comms, EVGA percision X, skydrive and Avira anti virus running at the background.

I ran virus malware scans found nothing.  Even ran memtest to see if my memory was broken but it has no errors.

I have searched through google to try to find any answers before posting here since I cant find any answers

My PC is a:
i5 3570k
4GBx2 Corsair vengence CL9 1600 RAM

P8Z77-V-PRO with BIOS 2104

DCUII 780
TX750M PSU

Kingston V300 120GB SSD(OS and programs) and Seagate 500GB SSHD (Games only) and WD 1TB Black (Movies/Music/Pictures)

I have also attached a screen shot of RamMap below hope I given out enough details to solve this problem since I am at a roadblock.

Playing BF4 lags because of the lack of usable memory only a re-boot will solve it, but after few hours the RAM will again get used up 80% or more.
Plus this anomaly did not happened few weeks ago just recently.

Everything looks normal.

Have you tested the RAM?

Try reseating it first. If that doesn't solve anything, try to test the RAM with memtest to see if there's any faulty.

EDIT: I read over the line that says you tested it. Sorry :x

Hahaha yeah I did everything from disabling startup programs to memTest everything is fine

The computer shouldn't use more RAM at idle right ? Cause there are sometimes I just leave my PC on for a few hours when I came back i saw the RAM is used up to 80%

Looks like a memory leak...

My problem now is isolating what program is causing the problem, I don't want to format my PC too much of a hassle.

But since I haven't change any configurations in my PC recently just allowing it for normal program updates and system updates.

I have my PC set up just the way I like it for a year now and just recently I get this annoying issue.
