Either AMD or Nvida

Preferably with monitor

I do have some improvements since you have been with intel for a few years now with the 560m laptop you have

I could change a few things around and change the r9 290 to an 770 

Nvidia is to Dr Dre Beets as AMD is to KFC.

One makes you broke, the other you can get more of and have a midnight snack from the fridge when hungry again. Once you go Nvidia, you go broked, turn into an Elitist, or get the incorrect amount of VRAM.

Pyro and I tried playing Arma III today he gets around 30 on the lowest settings and it dips down ALOT

Nvidia is to Dr Dre Beets as AMD is to KFC.

yea, basicly unplayable. even pentium anniversary would be better than any amd proc even overclocked to 5ghz

Try getting a cheaper PSU and get a 280X.

if my i7-2700k can be 50o celsius clocked at 3.9GHz with the stock cooler

than that i5 can be overclocked if needed with a better cooler

dude, that is an old generation. It is not the same.

Anyway, don't know why you would change my build here.

Your build does not give more performance, but is $100 more expensive.

Many people found my processor to be 60o

But anyway he wanted that new DC processor because he plans to overclock

Also the MSI Gaming has 3 easy overclock settings for him and i used to have a Windforce card, it was very noisy but it could have been something wrong with it

750 watt for a future R9 290.
 
My build, did you notice it? This has a DC processor, a easy to overclock MoBo and yes the Gigabyte card is a little noice due to the smaller fans, but it will cool better and if you choose the fan curve yourself using gigabytes software you can make it really quiet.
