is it time to replace the thermal compound

So i just finished watch a video on changing out thermal compound on a graphics card. so i looked at my gpu temps and they were at 83°C max while running valley. So then i go ahead and saw linus' video on max overclock on gtx 590 where the temps were about the same.  my computer isn't exactly greatly cooled i'll put a picture down here, so do you guys think i should change the gpu compound ? ,

Extras:

its quite cold in Australia the outside temp is around 25° 

the highest temperture ever experienced on the card was around 92° when running minecraft shaders
