Windows 8.1

Go to solution Solved by Jeroen1322,

1. If you find a good .iso there isn't any difference but some .iso's have mallware or other programs that run in the background.

2. Expect a couple of seconds of boot time less on 8.1 i didn't really notice a boost.

1. Just buy the damn key, it's 30 bucks. Don't be a pirate.

2. It's basically support, maybe a tiny boost in games. You won't notice like 5 more FPS, but overall performance is improved.

I got my licenses from school via Dreamspark Premium/MSDNAA (free - if you are a student see if your school or department is registered to it), and Windows 8 lunch promotion (it was 40$ for the Pro edition + Media Center pack, how can you say no to such deal? I bought a license for all my family computers. Windows 7 had a similar offer at release. Stay tune for Windows 9 release for its offer)
