I had some but I found that Akasa TIM Clean is better value, (30ml Artic vs 150ml Akasa)- same price.

Just drop it on the CPU, let it sit for 30 seconds and then use toilet paper. Will probably take a few attempts to get it perfect.

Rubbing alcohol and a lint free cloth, such as toilet paper or a coffee filter. Q-tip for finishing touches and dry rub with a microfiber cloth to seal the deal.

I just use paper towel and it works perfectly. And it must have worked since now that I've replaced the thermal paste on my grandma's computer it's running cooler (same cheap stuff too).

it is easier for me to buy this thermal paste remover then buy some alcohol

Will it do the job because it isnt that expensive

Alcohol is like $2. There's no need to buy something specialized when it does the exact same thing as something else.

As a question of curiosity, how is it easier? Rubbing alcohol is in every supermarket and pharmacy, whereas thermal paste cleaner can be only really found online or in  computer stores.
