Hi, I need some help going intel my budget is $200 i want the best performance for my cash.

What do you intend to do with your build?

For $200, the best CPU you can get is the i5-4690k.

 

That is the in-store Microcenter price.  If you don't live near a Microcenter, you can Price Match at Staples.com either by calling them or live chatting with a sales associate.  Fry's.com also offers a Price Match, but for them I think you have to go in-store to Price Match, where Staples.com will ship the product to you for a shipping fee.

 

Motherboard will run you another $75-$120 depending on features.

For gaming I have a gtx560, amd A4-5300. I am wanting better performance and I was thinking about trying to go intel. I play League.

Well at best you could try get a core i3 and a B85 or H87 or so.

Doesnt even matter with your build you cant get anything better since its FM Socket you cant get an FX cpu in there you need new board for that too so yeah.

LoL is not a very demanding game, if you want better performance, lower the settings.  Your current rig should handle LoL with ease.

Aren't athlons on fm2+ anyways. And they are apu without the igpu. They are as fast as their equivalent.

true, but there are no athlon equivalents to the higher end apus afaik. fm2plus cpus are retrocompatible with fm2 and fm1.
