Not really but your choice of CPU makes no sense.

Get a 4690K if you want to overclock, or a 4460 + a cheap B85 motherboard if you don't.

Woundering is i may have any probs with my choice of gear?

A few:

1) Don't go with a CX PSU. There are better options with better components for only slightly more

2) Do you really need a disk drive? If so buy an external (unless you will be using it quite often)

3) You are buying a "locked" processor with an unlocked motherboard. It would be a waste. (like buying the most expensive cooler, even so you aren't overclocking)

Tell us your budget pls

Get rid of the extra fan pack and get a CPU cooler. Gonna help temps way more.

Water cooling if it fits the budget, but Air Cooling is much cheaper, like in this guy's build (below)

Also if you want a dedicated GPU the Nvidia stuff is going to be expensive. I would put a GTX 780 in that build, but if you tell us your budget we can give you better recommendations.

AMD's R9 290(x) cards are cheaper and still deliver, so that will work, too.
