Unbearable audio crackling

I've literally had this problem for months, can't even listen to music and can't play any games without audio, I've even formatted my HDD and re-installed Windows. When my computer is idle the crackling some what lessons, as soon as I open a program, type on the keyboard or move my mouse the crackling gets worse. I've tried disabling numerous devices in device manager such as realtek audio but the crackling is still there. I tried disabling the Ethernet to see if it was interfering but that didn't help. I've re-installed realtek audio manager like 5 times, even bought new speakers but I had the same problem. Anyways, I installed LatencyMon and ran a test and the message I got was "Your system appears to be having trouble handling real time audio and other tasks. you are likely to experience buffer underruns appearing as drop outs, clicks or pops. One problem may be related to power management, disable CPU throttling settings in Control Panel and BIOS setup.

Have you check you system idle usage to see if you system is struggling.

Are you by any chance using win8.1 and USB speakers/heaphones?

I'mm go on a limb and say I think your mobo might be bad. Do you have another one to swap in?

no i dont have another mobo, if i bought a super cheap usb audio adapter would that work? i just want some audio :'(

Yes. Personally would recommend the Syba DAC.
