The cryorig is a brilliant cooler, it'll easily cool a 4790K with a decent amount of headroom for overclocking, I'd recommend it dependent on price. If a dark rock pro 3 or nh-d14/15 is cheaper, then I'd go for one of them. http://www.vortez.net/articles_pages/cryorig_r1_ultimate_review,1.html
