They got the maths wrong on the first link... 399.94 down to 375.94 save 34 ...

Edit: it would seem they got the savings wrong in every bundle...

Why not? Also if the z97 platform has certain features you like, it sometimes worth it for that simple reason. Personally i would go for the 4970k because i need the cores.

Yeah, I just don't want to upgrade when there is no real performance difference, saying that though I was looking to adding a second 7950 and my current MB doesn't support Crossfire so.. decisions, decisions, decisions!!

 

I'd need to get a larger PSU if I was to go crossfire though, my current one is only 450 watts.
