Hey. I'm looking for some support. I get good frames in BF4 and all my other games but BF4 is the only game that i have real, frustrating problems with. Here's my build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3NZZ99 and I really don't know what the problem is. So i get around 50 fps in ultra but it constantly drops down to 20-25 fps. I don't know what the problem is though I really am willing to spend money to fix the issue but I just want to be sure I don't have to. I'm also running the gpu clock at 1050 mhz and the power limit is +20 in MSI Afterburner. Thanks for reading and any help would be appreciated a lot

On what settings are you running the game?

And what driver version?

I'm running the game at ultra settings. All other settings though have this problem.

I'm running this on 14.4 drivers but have tried 14.6 and that doesn't fix it.

That  ain't going to work mate try medium/high with fxaa and shadows of to get some decent fps.

Seems like everyone having problems in BF4 is using Red team cards, I'm using a gtx660 from EVGA (FTW edition) and I can play on high with no problems, I can run it on ultra but the frames are too low (just because my card is a 660) on multiplayer. Single player I can run on ultra.

Have you enabled mantle. Go to graphics options and on the left side top enable mantle then restart game. Also install windows 8.1 as this is better for BF4. other than that you shouldn't have to many issues.

Mantle is a bit of a mixed mag if you run mantle disable it. Also report your GPU usage and GPU memory usage. you can also try to close your browser after joining a server. I remember that i had  stutter and it used to be my browser.

You can also try running your GPU on stock settings

I've tried mantle and directx and both stutter a lot.

A i3 and a 270 won't run bf4 ultra settings very well,  I'd echo the above statement and recommend medium/high settings w/ FXAA. Enabling mantle in the bf4 graphics settings might help too if you haven't done so already.

I've tried running on low with mantle and directx. Everytime i get stuttering.
