Never seen width measurements on paracord before xD It will be fine for sleeving, but it seems very expensive for paracord. I would just buy it with the core for much cheaper and take it out yourself. 

Suggestions?

I used 550lbs, 7 strand paracord for mine. I don't think the actual size changes though. Unless you're referring to amount you should get? 

No. I'm ordering it on amazon and it says 1/8 inch.

What size sleeving should I get if I want to individually sleeve each cable.? 

The sleeving i'm using is paracord.

Paracord only comes in one size, which is approximatly 5/32" in Diameter.

Also, make sure it is 550 Type III commercial grade paracord, some people advertise thier paracord as 550 Type III but really it is not. Those people will just advertise their paracord as military grade paracord and thats it.

Thank are the ones I pick ok for sleeving an entire PSU?

Yes, the Mod/smart paracord  will work fine with sleeving your cables :)
