Server Build

I need a starting list of parts for a server that meets the following specifications:

• About $500, maybe more if it's worth it
• More cores the better,  lower clock speed isn't an issue
• 8Gbs of quality ram in (preferably a 2x4 pack)
• Integrated graphics would be great or just a cheap graphics card
• The motherboard just has to be good quality but nothing fancy
• An 64Gb SSD  (all I need it for is linux and a few programs)
• The power supply should have some extra headroom and if it's quiet that's a plus
• The case has to have good airflow because it'll be on days at a time
• A better CPU cooler would also be a nice addition if it fits in the budget

P.S. This is a meant for an rtmp media server, not any sort of file server.

I should edit that, it IS a media server for rtmp, not a file server. It'll be hosting multiple streams at once.

ok so whats your location and do you  need any other storage than the 64gb ssd?

I won't need any storage other than the SSD and I'm in the United States.
