My first Build

Hello everyone

 

I am a first time builder and I am not so sure if i have everything i need and if everything is compatiple and fits.

Here are the parts i have selected till now:

 

Case: Fractal Design Define R4 Black

Mainbord: Gigabyte Z97X-SOC

CPU: i7-4790k

Ram: Kingston HyperX Fury Black DDR3-1866 2x8GB

GPU: zotac GF GTX 780TI AMP 3GB DDR5

Cooling: Crosair H100i; 2 Noctua NF-F12 PWM (for the H100i); 4 Noctua NF-a14 Flx

PSU: Crosair RM850 (a bit too much i know, but i migth consider adding SLI later for upgraiding)

Storage: 2 Kinston Technology HyperX 3k 120GB SSDs (for RAID0); WD green 2TB

Optical: I dont know what exactly what i have, just the one of my old PC

All this good hardware and you plan a Zotac card? That's the only thing I would change.

swap the Kingston SSD to Samsung Evos

 

Seasonic or CoolerMaster V850 PSU may be better

What's your budget? That system looks good, but I'd change those SSDs out for 840 EVOs or something. And change that Zotac 780 to a Windforce 3, Twin Frozr or DCUII...

EVGA GTX780Ti SC ACX cooler will be nice

The budget is around 2200

The Zotac card was the ceapest option for a 780Ti. So should i get Gigabyte GTX 780 Ti OC instead? Its like 10 bucks more.

The ACX cooler costs 150$ more, so no real option.

And i but my trust in you guys with the SSDs, I`ll get the Samsung 840 EVOs

yes the Gigabyte WindForce is at least a better brand over the Zotac
