buying a led strip

Well I am currently looking for a RGB led strip for my desk and I have no idea what to look for. Really don't want to spend a whole lot, but I need about 15ft. I just want people to give me some options on what all to get and how much it will cost m,e but like I said I dont want to spend a lot maybe less than $30.

Bitfenix alchemy? Nzxt hue? Then connect it to each other to make it 15ft long. :)

I bought a 16.4 feet rgb strip from amazon for 23 bucks and it came with a remote with 44 keys. It changed into multiple colors including some DIY options, a fade effect, and a "rave" option.

It's a longer than you want but the upside is that you can cut at any length and the led strips starts and ends with a power connector so the cut off end can be used with another power adapter.
