Hello guys and greetings from Croatia. So i'm planning on building my first gaming PC, saved up some money and my budget is 2400$. I just want to build a case and i made some calculations and a prefered build that i would like so i want to ask some questions and thoughs. From  peripherals i'm having a samsung t220hd monitor, razer lycosa, roccat kone and roccat taito, not planning to upgrade that anytime sooner. So my planned  build is:

CPU:  Intel i7 4770k

CPU Cooler: Corsair h100i

Motherboard: Asus Maximus VI formula

Memory:  Corsair Dominator Platinum 16gb 1866mhz

Storage: Seagate barracuda 3tb 64mb 7200rpm

Storage: 2x240gb Kingston hyperX fury SSD

Video Card: EVGA gtx770 sx acx 2gb

Case: Corsair 760t black

Power Supply: Corsair platinum series ax860w

fans: sp120-140

price - 2392.67$(Croatia)

Since the prices are different in Croatia i didn't put them, but that doesn't matter really. The questions are that i'm wanting to ask are:

1. Is spending 10-20$ on i7 4970k over 4770k worth and what would be the performance for gaming?

2. Is the graphic card that i choose in build still good for gaming now and in the future? Does the graphic card have any problems, that you know off and are the fans really loud when under pressure? Is it worth to save some extra bucks to buy an 780ti from UK and US(note - graphic cards are really expensive here and there isnt a big variety you can choose from) or maybe a asus matrix platinum 780ti?

3. Can the h100i be mounted infront in the 760t, would it need any modding? What are the prons and cons on front mount, exept that i don't need to put down the top cover from the case? Would the front mount affect any other components?

Thank you for your help and sorry if i made any mistakes, english isn't my native language.

4790K is clocked 100Mhz faster but the silicon is identical.

The graphics card is great, it will last you a few years on Ultra-High settings at 60+ FPS on a 1080p monitor.

I don't know if the tubes on the H100i would reach to the front of the 760T, you'd have to calculate it.

I would swap the i7 to the i5 4690k.

Swap the H100i for a good air cooler, as it will be cheaper and should be quieter.

The ASUS board is nice, but a bit overpriced. You can get something cheaper that will do the same job. Plus you should go for a z97 board.

The same goes for the corsair ram. You can get better value for money.

I would swap the psu for something cheaper (EVGA Supernova G2) if you can get one.

You can put the savings towards a better gpu.

Depends on what you are doing. I do a lot of web browsing therefor it would be wise of me to invest in good ram.

ram is ram

I would only spend more if I needed to have faster memory. Because I want to ensure stability. But for gaming, nah, you only really need 1866.

It's not I just see you two a lot in the forum and almost everytime he can he suggest R9 290s. I wasn't criticizing it. :)

Well why change what works? There's not a lot of price drops and if you're going for a great system on a budget but you can fit two cards in you can't go wrong with 290s. :)

Thanks for the advices guys, i'm trying to figure it out somehow, anyhow rolling with a 4690K over a 4770k saves me almost 120$, going with corsair vegeance 8gb 1600mhz saves me 167$, mobos are also kinda shit or really expensive, graphics are also hard to find or lets say r9 290 4gb versions are 500-700$ and the evga 770 well i found it for 475$.

Because of the top cover on 760t, planning on keeping him on. h105 with only pull or push/pull?

If you keep the top cover on, and then put the H105 at the front, where are your intake fans going to go ? You need cool air coming into the case, or your temps will be high.

If you have the H105 as intake then you are pushing the warm air through the radiator into the case, which isn't good. If you have it pulling air out, then you still have no intake fans pulling cool air in.
