coolant temperature shouldn't exceed 15°-20° above ambient. device temperature4

will always be warmer than coolant temperature.

Is it normal/ok to have my CPU temp be higher than my h100i temp? Thanks for any responses!!!!

You mean your water temp? 

 

totaly normal
