H80i Error

I've just replaced by power supply as the old one was faulty and i have been unplugging and re-plugging new wires. However when i start my PC it shows (the picture attached)

Windows still boots perfectly after that.

I then boot up corsair link but the LED is the correct colour, the fans spinning at my selected speed and the software is recognizing the fan so what is the problem?

There is no fan on the CPU_FAN header, you can disable this error from the bios if have plugged the h80i pump directly to the PSU. Other way would be to plug the pump to the CPU_FAN header.
