Hi guys! I'm thinking of building a new PC (Gaming) and I just wanted some advice, what can be done better, this part is bad etc. (I am European, my English isn't flawless, so you can maybe spot some grammar mistakes)

Motherboard:

AsRock Fatal1ty Z97 Killer, LGA1150, Intel Z97, DDR3, ATX

CPU:

Intel Haswell i5-4670K, LGA1150, 3.4GHz, 6MB

Video card:

Asus NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 DC2OC 2GB GDDR5, 2xDVI/HDMI/DP, PCI-E 3.0

Memory:

Western Digital 1TB Caviar Black, SATA 3, 7200rpm, 64MB

RAM:

2x Kingston 4GB HyperX Fury, DDR3 1333MHz, CL9, 1.5V

Power:

Cooler Master 600W B-series ATX

Cooling:

BitFenix Spectre LED Fan 120mm

Case:

BitFenix Comrade, ATX-midtower

For OS I thought Win7 or 8, any reason why pick 8 over 7?

Anything that I need, some better options for those parts? Every comment will be read!

CPU get 4690k and GPU get R9 280 which is a lot better GPU than GTX 760 for the same price. You may also go for 1600MHz RAM. Rest looks good.
