Problem When i OC my AMD A8

i have problem when i oc my AMD a8 on amd overdrive when i reached 3.8ghz my aero always crashes? any fix ? 

specs:
CPU:AMD A8-5600K
GPU:R9-270X
RAM:8GB HYPERX 1600MHZ
MOBO: MSI-FM2-A75MA-E35
PSU: Cougar ST 600W

I'd start with a multiplier of 44 and a voltage of 1.375v with 50% (or whatever your BIOS says) Loadline calibration.

 

Not oced apus in a while as my A8 kind of went straight to 5ghz and is quite happy there.
