Totally agree with the socket part, however commenting on someones choice of case because of color is in poor taste.

only thing id change with this is switch to a  290 and save money and if he wants he can cross fire later and save more money then sli 780's

No but the grey legs play nicely off the polished concrete and the red goes very nicely with the 100 year old exposed brick :)
