Crazy GPU Price Drops?

$130 7870

$140 660 Bought mine for $210

$140 270

These are all roughly the same performance and I know AMD said they fixed pricing after the mining craze so did nVidia also drop their prices a bunch? A $130 7870 is really tempting. Since it outperforms the 660 I paid over 200 for.

The Cryptocurrency generation machine became inefficient enough to make it not worth GPU mining.

They are older generation cards...

They are cheap because newer lower-end cards perform the same.

For example, the 680 is cheap because the 770 is cheaper and outperforms it.
