Roccat Isku Broken?

Hey everyone has anyone ever encountered a issue like this before or fixed it? i bought a roccat isku yesterday at pc world/ it worked a dream for the night i used it then when i got up in the morning it worked then suddenly stopped lights went of. then i went out and when i got back it worked until i entered csgo.

Try reinstalling drivers. If that doesn't work take it back tell them it works intermittently and you want to exchange it or get a refund.

If this is random problem, it could be cable and/or connector related. In either case you should get new one quite easily.
