I would double my budget on the PSU, so I don't have to worry about it for a nice couple of years, stuff like the EVGA G2 850W will support Crossfire and whatever thing you might throw at your system. On a couple of years you can reuse it for the next build, and you wouldn't have to worry, as the pack a 10 years warranty. Anyway the  650W XFX PSU is more than enough to power the whole thing as it is.

I wouldn't change anything else.

Spending more than 100 bucks on a power supply is a waste of money imo.

I'm not a fan of the case but that's just opinion. So i think this is a very good build. Good luck on the build. Oh actually for a 27" monitor you might want to consider 1440p because at least in my experience i can usually see the pixels on 27" because of the less ppi. If you have any other questions just ask.

I run my own indie game company called Color Dragon Studios where we are currently making a 2d platformer game called Small Earth.

Having a extremely high quality good looking PSU that will last over a decade, and drive an insane crossfire configuration is crazy? Maybe in 3 years a good 4k monitor will cost $300 and adding another R9 290 would make a ton of sense, having to pay even more money to get a larger PSU makes you wonder about decisions on the past.

I kinda don't have the money to go over 1350$ so i can't buy an SSD or a better PSU right now maybe later i kinda don't care about the boot time n stuff and i won't CF until 4-5 years have passed or maybe i could just buy a new GPU

Also i am going with the ASUS Z97-A and an I5 4690K if i found one in my country usually the new things just arrive 2-6 months late at my country.

and i think the monitor is just great as its 27" its just what i need because i watch lots of movies and stuff and i usually sit far and its a PLS has good colors too.

Get an SSD seriously it's effin amazing or at least put it on a really short list. Also if you are going to record yourself gaming get an Nvidia card. Shadowplay is awesome. It is seamless, has negligible performance impact, and is in the popular and youtube native format h.264. File sizes are so small with it compared to something like Dxtory. I started with AMD cards so I know how they were irl (i'm not a Nvidia fanboy). Also did you watch the "Why an SSD is much faster than 5 sec at boot" vid Linus did? Also just don't crossfire so many games have problems and stuff unless the cards are near high end for the time just sell or something and get a single faster card. For GPU brands I've only had experience with ASUS. My ASUS GPU has been awesome. My dcu II 780 is power limited on air for overclocking. Now that is well built. Also my samsung ssd has been great and he 840 evo is great for the price and people say it is great.
